About the 2:8 House
The 2:8 House is a ministry of the Church of the Nazarene that serves students at the University of Oklahoma.
Pastors are encouraged to share these available resources with their congretation.
Directors
David and Rhonda Kyncl have served as the directors of the 2:8 House since 1998. Rhonda graduated with a masters and doctorate degree in English composition and serves as the Assistant Dean in the College of Arts and Sciences at OU. She also teaches periodically. David teaches a Gateway to College Learning course on campus, and he also serves as the director of Nazarene Secular Campus Mission. Mary and Jonathan attend ninth and sixth grades, respectively.
Associate Directors
Craig and Anita Shepperd joined the 2:8 House staff in the fall of 2008. They are a vital part of the 2:8 team. Craig also serves on staff at Norman Community Church of the Nazarene and teaches a Strategies for Success class on campus. They are the parents of an infant son, Jude.
